Implementation of a development programme for our sport will require much consideration and a wide range of skills. The National Programme will need to:
- Recruit people to administer the programme
- Recruit, evaluate and place coaches
- Recruit and place managers and administrators
- Scout and evaluate players
- Identify training venues with suitable facilities
- Co-ordinate participation in international competition
- Project budgets and raise funds
- Develop a programme structure, which will encompass national level players from youth flag through to senior kitted.
