The BAFA Board is meeting with the BAFL clubs this weekend.

The meeting will take place on Saturday 20th March at:

Room LR6 (3rd floor)
Arts Building
Birmingham University (main campus)
Time: 1.00pm until 4.00pm

Each team (flag/contact, adult/youth/junior) will be entitled to send two representatives.

Any team may send questions into BAFA before Saturday to allow for a fuller reply to be addressed.

Agenda

1. Introductions and meeting procedure
2. Question and answer session with BAFA Board members
3. Introduction of the Community Leagues Organising Committee (CLOC)
4. Formation of a Club Council to represent the teams
5. Review of (and agreement on) competition structure, rules and fixtures
6. Presentation and review of budget for 2010-11
