The brand new Wilson BAFA F1100, the official ball of the British American Football Association, was presented to BAFL Chairman, Glen Schild, at the BAFL AGM, Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield on Saturday, 31 March, 2007 by BAFA Chairman, Gary Marshall.

The BAFA F1100 carries the BAFA logo and the signature of Gary Marshall on one face, with the ‘Get into American Football’ logo - the official BAFA promotional campaign - on the adjacent face.

On receiving the ball Glen Schild commented, “This is another great moment in the development of the sport of American Football in Great Britain”.

Gary Marshall added, “The BAFA F1100 is the same specification as the Wilson F1000 range - the official ball of the NFL. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Stuart Preece and all at Wilson for their support in the manufacture and delivery of our new official ball”.
