BAFA meets with DCMS

The BAFA are delighted to confirm that, Ken Walters, BAFA WSP Manager recently met with Government officials at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to discuss the topic of grassroots participation and how the regular season NFL game between the Miami Dolphins and New York Giants on October 28th can benefit BAFA - the national governing body for the sport of  American Football in Great Britain.

Ken commented, “It was a great pleasure to meet with DCMS and I enjoyed the opportunity to enlighten them about the positive contribution BAFA is making towards PSA 3 targets”.

Copies of the recently launched BAFA Whole Sport Plan - Get into American Football - have been supplied to DCMS.
