The GB Lions Adult Flag team held a final selection day in Leicester on 5th July. The team is preparing for an assault on the European Championship in Belfast, September 11-13th. Head Coach Stuart McKay said, "Competition for places was very tough and as always the final selection was difficult. I would like to thank everyone who tried-out for the team." Team Manager, Dayle Kirby, commented, "Plans are going very well and we now have an excellent squad going into the competition. We have a final warm-up game in early September and then we will be ready for the competition."
