The BAFA Elite Player Programme (EPP) is the official BAFA programme that provides British athletes with the following:

  • Advice and guidance on matching physical attributes to on-field positions
  • Drills to measure personal ability in relation to 'Elite Player' critieria
  • A clearly signposted pathway to success
