BAFA's aims and goals for the National Programme

The BAFA Board of Directors, acting as the National Programme Directorate, has recently agreed to develop aims and goals for all age groups and disciplines (contact/non-contact) under BAFA on or before March 1 2008.
Once these aims and goals are in place, the BAFA Board of Directors will recruit personnel (Head Coaches and/or Team Managers) by a set process to deliver these goals for those areas that are currently without personnel.
To deliver this activity, the BAFA has appointed BAFA Director, Jim Messenger, as Lead Director for the National Programme. Jim will work with the Operations team to deliver these aims and goals.
